If you are not fully satisfied with your print order upon receipt of your order item(s) for any reason please contact Futura Color, Inc. immediately. Customers will need to notify Futura Color, Inc. within 3 days of a defected order's receipt for a claimed reprint to be approved.
You may then be requested to return the defective item(s) in part or in full. After evaluation of the defective item(s) we will then make the determination as to whether or not to reprint. Any reprints issued will be shipped to the customer, at no cost, and to the original shipping address and through the original shipping method unless otherwise stated.
All sales are final. If the job has not yet been printed and no work has been completed for it you may cancel the order. An order may not be canceled if:
- Your order item(s) have been printed or is in the process of being printed; or
- Your order has been packaged; or
- Your order is en route to you; or
- Your order has been delivered.
To cancel an order please contact us at (858) 486-1105 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours. A customer service representative will cancel your order at your request and inform you of any charges that may apply. Digital proofs are non-refundable and not cancelable. All stipulations outlined above also apply to hard copy proofs.
Futura Color, Inc. does not offer refunds for your submitted print project; cancellations will be approved as long as the project has not yet been printed. Direct mail services including: printing, mailing services, list services and design services, are not subject to standard return policies. Refunds or reprint on direct mail orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
