Standard Turnaround Times

Turnaround begins after your order has been placed, the correct corresponding print-ready files have been uploaded and submitted, the transaction has been approved, and (if applicable) the files have been proofed . Print production begins after 5pm PST. Production time includes business days (Monday through Friday) only and does not include holidays or weekends.

Note that your production time may be affected by:

•     Proofing (Turnaround time will begin only after the proof is approved for print)
•     Resubmissions and Changes
•     Mailing Options
•     Optional Finishing Options like binding, folding, perforations and trimming that are not the default of the product
